Applet Lab: small software, built by AI, reviewed by a person
You describe a small tool. The system builds it. A person checks it before it ships.
Small software problems (a micro tool, a calculator, a mini-app) are too small for an agency and too technical for most teams, so they never get built.
We created Applet Lab: customers describe what they need in a form, the build is automated end to end, and a person approves or tweaks it before delivery on a set turnaround. Public site, checkout, three editable tiers, a follow-up email funnel, and an ops layer that tracks money in and out, including AI and API spend.
Launched October 2026, built to run on an hour or two of attention a week.

Applet Lab is the business version of the idea Seymour is built on. Customers fill out a form describing a micro tool, a tool, or a mini-app; the build is automated end to end, and we approve or tweak before delivery on a set turnaround. The back end was built so the business can run on about an hour or two of our attention a week.
- Public site, checkout, and an ops dashboard: Stripe in live mode, a follow-up email funnel, use-case pages, and example builds.
- An ops layer that tracks money in and money out, including AI and API spend, and a paid-search channel wired to conversion tracking from day one.
- Three tiers (micro, tool, mini-app) editable from the ops settings without a deploy.
