We wrote an Apps Script system that manages enrollments and builds the audit pack per student: enrollment-agreement PDFs copied into each student's folder, a tracker that keeps only what the LMS can't already prove (live attendance and practical assessments), and a coversheet with clickable links per student. Graduation verification requires two signals, the instructor's sign-off in the CRM and the wrapper-course enrollment in the LMS.
On the first run the system correctly moved 23 students who had been marked graduated back to active. The tracker was rebuilt to remove every field derivable from the LMS, so humans only maintain what humans know.
