Making an enterprise LMS disappear into the brand

Learners never say "the LMS is nice." they say "it was easy." that's the design goal.

Wellness education company · Docebo · custom HTML/CSS, Figma · and a lean Thinkific build five years later

The problem

An enterprise LMS's out-of-the-box interface felt generic, and its navigation was generating support tickets.

What we did

We restyled the dashboard, catalog, course pages, and mobile app with custom HTML and CSS until the platform looked like the brand and behaved like a product: progress you can see, a welcome video where you land, parts you can count. For the school that followed, we designed the public site and the learner shell on Thinkific with the same intent and a tenth of the budget.

The outcome

A branded learner interface across dashboard, catalog, course pages, and the mobile app, with progress and next steps made obvious. The brief was that it should feel easy, not just look nice.
