Live sessions as a learning object, not a calendar invite
Learners don't need a schedule. They need to know what's next and how to get in.
Cohort programs live and die on attendance, and the LMS treated live sessions as calendar invites outside the course.
We built a page that sits inside the course and treats live sessions like lessons: an up-next card with a countdown, a join button that opens fifteen minutes before class, add-to-calendar, and every past session with its recording. In the coaching program it remembers which seminar group you chose and shows only yours.
In use across the school's cohort programs. Upcoming sessions, recordings, calendar links, and attendance all live inside the course, and attendance is logged without anyone keeping a list.
