The operating stack behind a licensed online school
We created everything the school runs on: the courses, the front-end site, and the plumbing in between.
A licensed online school with four certification programs, cohorts, live faculty sessions, and self-paced eLearning, run by a small team that could not grow to match.
We chose and connected the platforms (Thinkific for delivery, HubSpot for CRM and email, Zapier as the glue, Vimeo for recordings, Zoom for live sessions), designed the public site and the learner experience, and wrote the automation that keeps enrollment, records, and communication moving: enrollment and unenrollment flows, directory and pricing pages, blog-to-email, a meditation player delivered as a Thinkific package, page-speed work, SEO trust blocks, and an in-house quiz-funnel builder that hands answers to HubSpot.
The stack a small team actually runs, with an expensive third-party page builder retired along the way.

The school offers four certification programs with cohorts, live faculty sessions, and self-paced elearning. We chose and connected the platforms, designed the public site and the learner experience, and wrote the automation that keeps enrollment, records, and communication moving without a bigger staff.
- Platform choice and integration: Thinkific for delivery, HubSpot for crm and email, Zapier for the glue, Vimeo for recordings, Zoom for live sessions. Built to be run by a small team.
- Enrollment and unenrollment automation, directory and pricing pages, blog-to-email, and webinar attendee segments.
- A Spotify-style meditation player (15 tracks, loudness-normalized, per-album art) delivered as a Thinkific multimedia package.
- Page-speed work (script gating) and seo trust blocks on the five program pages the audit flagged: created by, reviewed by, evidence base, scope of practice, last reviewed.
- An in-house quiz-funnel landing page builder that hands answers to HubSpot on the last step, replacing an expensive third-party tool.
