Live & recorded sessions: a cohort tool the LMS didn't have
A schedule goes into a sheet. The learner gets a living page: what's next, when to join, and every recording after.
Cohort programs run on dates and the LMS only knew about lessons. Admins were emailing links; learners were missing sessions.
We built a page that lives inside the course: an up-next hero with a countdown, Zoom join that opens fifteen minutes before class, add-to-calendar, past sessions with their Vimeo recordings, and list or calendar views. Admins keep the schedule in a Google Sheet; the page reads it. In the coaching program learners choose a seminar group once and only see theirs; attendance (join or watch) logs to the sheet; group switching sits behind a support code that rotates after use.
Packaged as a config-driven template kit, so a new cohort page is a repeatable task instead of a project. In production across the school's programs.

Cohort programs run on dates, and the LMS only knew about lessons. Admins keep the schedule in a Google sheet; the page reads it.
- For the coaching program, learners choose a tuesday or wednesday seminar group once; the page then shows only their group's sessions and recordings, and logs attendance (join or watch) to the sheet.
- Group switching is locked behind a support-issued code that rotates after use, because the school needs learners to stay with their cohort.
- Packaged as a config-driven template kit (config + schedule csv → build script → Thinkific zip) so a new cohort page is a repeatable task, not a project.
